Project article

The Staten Island Ferry has been transporting people between Staten Island and Manhattan since 1817. Riding 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, transporting 60,000 passengers a day and 22 million people a year, the ferry is an intense and various concentration of different destinies from different cultures and backgrounds of all classes and of almost every imaginable occupation gathered  in one place for 25 minutes.
